Anne at Modern Mrs. Darcy, reminds us how important a narrow focus is. I am still working on finding my focus: in life, on this blog, and in general. Read: The Modern Accomplished Woman… Narrows her Focus.

Jen at People I want to Punch in the Throat (a wickedly funny blog, full of snark but can be a bit mean-spirited) writes about overachieving moms and overachieving birthday parties. Now, there is nothing wrong with having an all out fete for your 1 year old… complete with Instagram photos and prop mustaches, but at the same time please remember two things: one, the party really is for you and your friends, and two, that if you put said party on this internet, there is a good chance that you will be made fun of. Maggie at From the Heart writes about being part of the 98% and that the actions of your past do not indicate the direction of your future, especially when you are helped along by a great husband and a bit of Grace. Read: We are the 98%
