Today is the first day of school here in Pasadena and DD1 is off on a new adventure! Her school has a dress code so she was very excited to don her cute new red dress and knee high socks. The distance from home to school is about a mile, so we took a nice walk and Daddy even surprised her by meeting us halfway! (She thought he was off to work when we left, but in reality he drove to her school and walked back to meet her.) I am happy to say that there were no tears from her, or me… DD2 on the other hand was very sad to see her big sis go.
I can’t wait to see her in a few hours and to hear about her first day!
