Lunch Menu: Sept 17-21

Here’s the Little Bear’s Lunch menu for the week! As always, if you are interested in recipes just comment below or on the FB page! It’s still running a bit on the hot side here, so we’re keeping things kind of on the cool side.

I won’t lie, I am itching to make some soups and chills… in fact over the weekend, I made a Beer Cheese Soup (recipe to be posted this week or next) and it was so good. But it was 103 on the day we ate it. Fail.

Anyway…

Monday: Ham and Pear Bundles, Cheddar Cheese, French Bread

Tuesday: Nut Butter and Banana Sandwich, Carrot Sticks, Grapes

Wednesday: Cheddar and Apple Slices, “Trader Joe’s” Cereal Bar

Thursday: Vegetable Soup, French Bread, Nectarine

Friday: Tuna Salad, Crackers, Grapes, Mozz. Cheese

I received a message from a reader asking if I would go back to posting our dinner menus as well… and I can do that! So, here’s dinner in the CCM house this week:

Dinner: Sept 17-23

Monday: Black Beans and Rice, Nectarines

Tuesday: Pork Roast with Apples and Red Cabbage, Peas

Wednesday: (CrockPot) Rosemary Chicken and White Beans, Kale

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Polish Kiebasa with Sauerkraut and Potatoes

Saturday: Panko-crusted Fish Fingers (I like to use Halibut or Tilapia), Oven Baked Fries, Broccoli

Sunday: Roast Chicken and Collard Greens
